DR. NEAL, PSYD, MBA, LAADC
Clinical Psychological Asst.
Dr. Neal is a Registered Psychologist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from California Southern University. Dr. Neal has worked in community mental health as well as corporate administration services for the past 30-years. She specializes in co-occurring disorders for both adults and adolescents. She is committed to providing quality mental health services to trauma victims and their families.
CHRYSTAL MERCADO
Interpreter
Chrystal Eva Mercado has over 10 years of experience in Care-giving in the field of Behavioral Health. She has worked with both youth and adults with special needs. Chrystal is Bi-lingual and ensures that the organization is in compliance by managing charts and electronic records for Quality Assurance.
CYNTHIA SPEARS, MA, CCAP
Director of Addiction Svcs
Cynthia Spears has a masters degree in forensics psychology. She is also studying to become a LPCC. She currently facilitates Addiction Education groups and counseling for those with substance abuse problems. She also service as a sponsor for several people in the community.
ALYSSA HERR, Executive
Administrative Assistant
Alyssa has 10 years experience with medical billing and corporate compliance. She is the assistant to the doctors on staff. Responsible for appointment bookings and contracts. Her role is to manage the office and ensure the staff are all accomplishing assigned task. She also works insurance claims and approvals.

Founder & CEO
Pastor Neal was ordained in 2011 through the Ministerial Training Center Saints of Value. He founded Thee Answer when he discovered that there were so many people who were wounded and in search of answers to there everyday problems. His goal was to do just that be their for those in need who are broken. He enjoys teaching young men the importance of balance. His motto is start them while they are young to discover their talents then plant the seeds.

Music Therapy Counselor
Mar Keith Anthony is a former US Veteran. He now uses his talents as recording artist and music producer with a Bachelors Degree in Film and Music from Los Angeles film. His passion is teaching young men and women the power of therapeutic music and how it can be the calm in ones life.

Leo Ramon sits on the board as the Secretary for Thee Answer and posses a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Colorado Springs. He has over 12 years of case management and counseling experience working with all age groups from 10 - 80. Leo enjoys mentoring and coaching youth in Basketball and also has a passion for music

Dr. Winston is a licensed psychologist with over 30 years of experience in the field. He supervises the clinical services and interns who are seeking licensure. He has been supervising Thee Answer for 6 years ensuring compliance with ethical practice.
